Return Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time at our sole discretion. 

  1. Returns (if applicable)
  1. Bundysco makes every effort to provide the highest quality products to our customers. Our goal is to provide consumers with the highest quality products by assuring their performance, consistency, safety, and value. All items are in new and working condition unless specified otherwise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, which is similar or different.
  2. Our return policy lasts 5 days unless specified otherwise on your receipt. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. The buyer is responsible for return postage as well as a 20% restocking fee if the return is not a result of our mistake such as the wrong item purchased and will be higher for returns that are late, opened, used, damaged or missing parts.
  5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

      Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items sold as-is

    6.    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    7.    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

2.    Refunds (if applicable)

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  3. If your order checked out cash on delivery (COD), you are required to provide us with a bank account or remittance in order to receive your refund; we DO NOT pay out cash.
  4. The refund / payout may vary based on Financial Institutions currency conversion. 

3.    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check and verify your bank account AGAIN. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  2. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

4.    Sale items (if applicable)

  1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items CANNOT be refunded. 

5.    Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.
  2. If you do not wish to wait for a replacement, please repurchase the item.
  3. Free shipping does not apply to an exchange item.

6.    Gifts

  1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

7.    Shipping

  1. To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over US$ 40 or currency equivalent, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. The buyer agrees to pay for the cost of re-shipment for undelivered or wrong addresses.
