To ensure that we provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times, all orders with clear payment are shipped within 1-2 business days. The processing time for orders may vary depending on force majeure, holidays, pandemics and other unforeseen events.

Tracking
You can start tracking the status of your order from the initial purchase to the shipment stage at https://bundysco.myecomshop.com/order-status using your order number for all orders placed at Bundysco eComShop. After the ordered item(s) is shipped, you will receive a notification via email or other communication platforms from us with the name of the carrier, tracking details and expected delivery date- if provided by the courier.

We offer cash on delivery (COD) to:

Delivery is to one (1) location, per shipment and cannot be split. For safety precaution, we DO NOT turn off route. We only make (1) ONE FREE delivery attempt. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful delivery can be rescheduled at a time and date convenient for you at a cost. Re-routing/ Change of drop-off location will attract a fee of U$3/ J$300.
Orders that are checkout COD before 8:00 a.m. during operational hours are dispatched the same day at 10:00 a.m. You will receive a notification when your item is dispatched. The bearer will contact you 10 – 20 mins before arriving at the selected drop-off point. The bearer will wait 10 minutes after arriving. Package(s) will NOT be handed over until cash is received. Please check your item (s) for physical damages before the bearer leaves.
Customer Service handles all inquiries for deliveries, not the bearer. You can contact us via phone call/ What’s App: 876-831-0095 or email info@bundysco.com. It is mandated for you to notify us two (2) hours (minimum) before the item is dispatched for any changes.
Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed by the courier via tracking number, email or other communication platforms. After confirmation with the courier, you will be notified via email on file or other communication platforms. For international customers where items have been shipped via EMS, Zip mail, and other postal agency, a follow-up email will be sent with a delivery confirmation form for customers to sign electronically and submit.

Bundysco.myecomshop.com serves mainly the USA and its territories, UK, Canada, the Caribbean and other parts of the world on a limited basis.

- Preordered items are not eligible for cash on delivery (C.O.D). Customers are required to pay full price for an item to be shipped.
- If a customer checkout a pre-order item C.O.D the system will automatically cancel the order within 24hrs.

- To guarantee timely delivery, we must have the correct address, full name, and daytime phone numbers.
- When an order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.
